Theo McManigal is a Byzantine Catholic, and he is the Catholic Church outreach specialist at Covenant Eyes. He helps Church leaders to have the knowledge and resources they need to effectively help the faithful with the problem of pornography.
Theo holds a BA in Philosophy from Loyola University Chicago. Before working for Covenant Eyes, and also before canonically transferring to the Byzantine Catholic Church from the Latin Rite, Theo spent several years in seminary formation for the Archdiocese of Chicago. After leaving the seminary, he spent one year working for a parish as the director of lifelong faith formation and education as well as the director of communications, followed by three years of teaching theology at a Catholic high school. He lives near Chicago, Illinois with his wife and daughter, and he enjoys spending lots of time with them.
