About

Challenges to the Catholic faith are often unexpected, and the way both the Daily Defense Podcast and the book of the same name are arranged reflects that. Each day presents you with something new, often dealing with a different subject so there is constantly something fresh to learn and think about.

If the Faith is faced with many challenges today, the good news is that there are solid Catholic answers, so we should not be surprised or intimidated by those challenges. Instead, we should be prepared. As St. Peter said:

“Have no fear of them, nor be troubled, but in your hearts reverence Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to make a defense to anyone who calls you to account for the hope that is in you, yet do it with gentleness and reverence” (1 Pet. 3:14-15).
