Do you believe that Jesus Christ is the Savior of all mankind and founded the Catholic Church as his instrument of salvation, as we discuss in this other answer on how we get to heaven? If so, you’re on good ground to convert, because you’re being obedient to Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God.

And don’t be hesitant about becoming Catholic if there are some other teachings that you don’t understand well or are struggling with. Jesus will work with your faithful “yes.”
