Bestselling author Mary Eberstadt is a research fellow at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution. She also is a consulting editor to Policy Review and a contributing writer to First Things.
Her work has appeared in the Weekly Standard, the American Spectator, Commentary, the Los Angeles Times, the London Times, and the Wall Street Journal. Her books include Adam and Eve After the Pill: Paradoxes of the Sexual Revolution, The Loser Letters and Home-Alone America. She also published and contributed the introductory essay to 2007’s Why I Turned Right: Leading Baby Boom Conservatives Chronicle Their Political Journeys.
New York Times columnist David Brooks has recognized Eberstadt twice with a “Sidney” – the annual award he gives for best essay writing of the year.
