Fr. Gabriel Mosher

Gabriel Thomas Mosher, O.P., KCHS is a Dominican friar and son of the Province of the Most Holy Name of Jesus. He attended Texas A&M University but completed his Bachelor of Arts at Holy Apostles College & Seminary in philosophy (cum laude) and postgraduate degrees in both philosophy and theology at the Dominican School of Philosophy & Theology in Berkeley, CA.

Fr. Gabriel is a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus and currently serves as the chaplain to his local council and 4th Degree assembly. In 2025 he was appointed by Bishop Solis to serve as the Utah Knights of Columbus State Chaplain.  In 2017, he was made a Knight in the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher and subsequently promoted to the rank of Knight Commander in 2021. In 2020, he was named as a senior fellow of the Albertus Magnus Institute.

He currently serves as the pastor of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Newman Center in Salt Lake City, UT, where he is also the religious assistant for the resident Dominican Laity Chapter. From 2015 to 2023, he was assigned as a Parochial Vicar at Holy Rosary Parish in Portland, OR, where he also served on the Board of Directors for Mater Dei Radio, as the Religious Assistant to a resident Dominican Laity Chapter; and chaplain for the Knights of Columbus, St. Vincent de Paul Society, and Legion of Mary. He is also a frequent speaker for conferences, lectures, missions, and retreats around the United States.
