Is Fasting Harmful?

• 04:08 - I have been struggling with a lot of anxiety. When I pray, sometimes I get peace and sometimes I don’t. I pray the rosary, I do devotions, etc. Can you help me know if maybe I’m missing something so I can be at peace?
