A couple of minutes after Communion, I sneezed into my shirt. Is the body of Christ in my shirt?

Answer:

If particles of the host were visible, then you would need to remove those particles and either consume them or dissolve them. If no particles are visible, then nothing of the sacrament was on your shirt.
