No ‘Same-Sex’ Marriage, No Annulment

Question:

If a person was married to someone of the same sex, could the marriage get annulled and be able to marry someone of the opposite sex?

Answer:

That is a mighty big if. It is impossible for two members of the same sex to be truly married to each other, because their bodies have not been designed for consummating the marriage vows. An annulment would be impossible because there is nothing to annul.
