Cloned Animals as Food

Question:

Is it okay to eat meat from cloned animals or their offspring?

Answer:

Animals are not made in the image and likeness of God, and therefore it is not inherently immoral to clone them. Given that fact, there would then be no moral reason to avoid eating animals that are the result of cloning. The only matter to consider would be if whether such animal meat poses a health hazard of some kind. For that answer, you would need to consult doctors and scientists.
