Ralph MacKenzie is a pastor and longtime leader in the ecumenical dialogue between Evangelicals and Catholics. He is the co-author (with Norm Geisler) of Roman Catholics and Evangelicals: Agreements and Differences (Baker, 1995). He writes from San Diego, where he lives with his wife, Donna.
