A former police officer in the United Kingdom, Paul holds a Ph.D. in Catholic Studies and has lectured in further education for over ten years. In addition to his writing for academic journals, he is the author of Police Ethics and Catholic Christianity: Lying and Related Ethical Issues within Policing.
