Fr. Terrence Ehrman

Fr. Terrence P. Ehrman, C.S.C., is the assistant director for life science research and outreach at the Center for Theology, Science, and Human Flourishing at the University of Notre Dame. He investigates the relationship between theology and science, particularly the life sciences of ecology and evolution. His interests include understanding who God is as Creator, who we are as creatures, and what our relationship is to God, ourselves, and the natural world. He holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Notre Dame, a master’s degree in aquatic ecology from Virginia Tech, a master of divinity degree from Notre Dame, and a doctorate in systematic theology from the Catholic University of America. He is originally from Baltimore, Maryland, and was ordained a priest in 2000.

Fr. Ehrman is also the author of Man of God: Lessons to Young Men About Life, Sex, Friendship, Vocation, and Loving with the Heart of Christ, published by Catholic Answers Press.
