Fr. John Waiss is a priest of Prelature of Opus Dei and currently pastor of St. Mary of the Angels parish in Chicago. He has preached numerous retreats and day of recollections and holds a Ph.D. in ecclesiastical philosophy from Rome’s Pontifical University of Santa Croce, as well as a B.S. and M.S. from Notre Dame and Stanford. His books include Bible Mary (Catholic Answers Press), Letters Between a Catholic and an Evangelical, Born to Love, and What Happens When You Die?
