Donal Foley is an English writer-researcher whose work has appeared in a number of Catholic magazines, including the Homiletic and Pastoral Review.  Mr. Foley is the Secretary of the World Apostolate of Fatima in Great Britain, and holds degrees in humanities and theology.  He is the author of the book Marian Apparitions, the Bible, and the Modern World (Gracewing: 2002).
