As explained in our Mission Statement, Catholic Answers is a nonprofit apostolate dedicated to serving Christ by proclaiming and defending the Catholic faith.
We rely on tax-deductible donations from the laity for the majority of our support.
The balance comes mainly through the sale of good Catholic books, tapes, and magazines.
Even though our work has the approval of many bishops in the United States and other countries, we do not ask dioceses for direct assistance.

HOW TO MAKE A CHARITABLE BEQUEST TO CATHOLIC ANSWERS
Legacies may be left for the apologetic and evangelization purposes of the apostolate.
Anyone wishing to leave a bequest to Catholic Answers is encouraged to seek the counsel of an attorney who specializes in estate planning.
It is important that the proper title of the apostolate be used in any bequest.
The following clause has been found to be satisfactory:
I give, devise, and bequeath to Catholic Answers, Inc., a nonprofit organization located in San Diego, California, the sum of $________ [or otherwise describe the gift or percentage of the estate] to be used as the president of said organization may direct.
After signing your new will, please contact Catholic Answers so we can extend our heartfelt appreciation to you for investing in our work of bringing the fullness of Catholic truth to the world.
You may contact our Manager of Development for any questions regarding Charitable Bequests, Stock Donations or Large Grants.
