What is the moral difference between barrier methods of contraception and NFP?

I have Menieres disease and endometriosis. Because of the endometriosis my doctor has me on birth control. She also says the best way to prevent the endo is to get pregnant. But I can’t get pregnant because of the medication for Menieres. I am currently contracepting. Do I have any other option?

Are there any studies that show a connection between using the pill and promiscuity?

If the end result between contraception and NFP is preventing conception, I still don’t understand why NFP is better just because it is natural.

I am a marriage-prep facilitator and talk to all kinds of people both practicing Catholics and non practicing. What would be the quickest and most effective way to present NFP not as a Catholic rhythm method, but that this is a solid scientific method?

I have a 6-year old daughter that is a product of NaPro Technology.
