General Description:
We are seeking detail-oriented, highly organized individuals. A professional phone manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Specific Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls to the toll-free order line and enter orders
- Account maintenance & preservation, resolving customer claims & concerns
- Answer customer correspondence related to orders as assigned
Job Requirements:
- A deep love of the Catholic faith, with a basic knowledge of the Magisterium
- Lives in the San Diego area (no relocation)
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, written and oral
- Ability to type 50 words per minute
- Ability to operate a 10-key
- Good analytical skills, computer proficiency, strong work ethic, and customer service experience
- Excellent data-entry skills and the ability to multi-task required
- Computer literate; Microsoft Office experience a plus
Education Requirements:
- An Associates Degree is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
