Antique rosary found in Verdun, France

A few months ago, a friend of mine returned from a vacation to Europe with a souvenir for me. She had been browsing in an antique shop in Verdun, France, and found a rosary that dated to about 1902–1910. Not long after the rosary was made, the Battle of Verdun raged during World War I.
