Title: Customer Service Representatives
Location: San Diego, California
Reports to: Supervisors of Customer Service
FLSA Status: Non-exempt

General Description:

We are seeking detail-oriented, highly organized individuals. A professional phone manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls to the toll-free order line and enter orders
  • Account maintenance & preservation, resolving customer claims & concerns
  • Answer customer correspondence related to orders as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • A deep love of the Catholic faith, with a basic knowledge of the Magisterium
  • Lives in the San Diego area (no relocation)
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, written and oral
  • Ability to type 50 words per minute
  • Ability to operate a 10-key
  • Good analytical skills, computer proficiency, strong work ethic, and customer service experience
  • Excellent data-entry skills and the ability to multi-task required
  • Computer literate; Microsoft Office experience a plus

Education Requirements:

  • An Associates Degree is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
