From Atheism to Catholicism

Wednesday, Sep 22, 2010 - 7pm ET

Dr. Kevin Vost has served as a public service administrator in the disability field, professor of psychology and gerontology for the University of Illinois at Springfield, Research Review Committee Member for American Mensa, weightlifting instructor and fitness writer for the International Association of Resistance Trainers, lector at St. Agnes Church, and fast food fries and drinks man (a few decades back).

Dr.Vost is the author of six Catholic books: Memorize the Faith!, Fit for Eternal Life, Unearthing Your Ten Talents, From Atheism to Catholicism, St. Albert the Great, and Tending the Temple. A self-described Thomistic Albertian, he is currently in the throes of crafting a new book called Three Irish Saints (two of whom, of course, are Sts. Patrick & Kevin!), and also a new memory book called Memorize the Reasons! for a publishing house called Catholic Answers.

From Atheism To Catholicism
From Atheism To Catholicism is a timely book with a unique approach that gives credit where credit is due, as Vost describes the good elements in the thinking of several famous atheists. But then, from experience and logic, he shows how each of these thinkers falls short.
